flamegfx provided the original terragen render and i did the space scene.

oh the title deals with the limits of earth's ability to stay in equilibrium. as the temperature rises, nature begins to melt its glaciers in an attempt to cool down. however, the last glacier reserve has been depleted, the life support has been severed. but then again, this looks nothing like earth
*EDIT*

+life support by ~amphirion is a breathtaking example from the Digital Art > Misc. Gallery. The colors and atmosphere are amazingly realistic. (Suggested by =Druology and Featured by `cosmosue)
i'm not so much into terraspace but it's a good pic and the border is a nice touch indeed, and the "perspectivey"/explosion effect in the upper half of the sky is great - it's the avs'er in me
good work guys although i like your non-terraspace work much much more, amphirion.
thanks a lot. i appreciate you checking stuff out. you should check out flamegfx's work though. his stuff is so detailed and amazing, i know i couldnt do half the stuff this guy does. that's why i really wanted to do the collab.
That text is one hell of an eye catcher.

What font is it if I may ask?
I know it's most likely a default font on any computer, but its simplicity is just so wonderful. TT^TT

Oh, my God! This is incredible. The colors, the terrain, the atmosphere, the planets, the space... Everything is so well donde and fits so perfectly that could be a photo if this kind of beautiful sceneries exist.
Lovely, one of the best pieces I've seen in DA.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
The Cutting Edge is a weekly article that features brand new selected high quality art products that caught our eyes. Check out the cutting edge prints some of your fellow artists have submitted in the past week!
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
