Artist's Comments

made with terragen 0.943 (because im too retarded to figure out terragen 2), worked up in ps cs2. original file was 1300x1575 or something like that. spent quite awhile on this, and i've taken a liking with the result. the nebula is a combo of brush and cloud photomanip. any comments would greatly be appreciated.

very good piece, the nebula looks cool, colors and clouds. the colors of the ground doesn't quite fit the colors of the sky part too good though [green/brown combo against the multi-colored sky]
the back thingies [leaves?] coming from the top-right could go further into the picture and cut up the bright light, imo, it would set it a little more apart from the typical terraspace pic.

um....sorry i didn't mention this before. maybe i should have made it obvious. the title was "renovation", you know, something being renewed. the idea was that the land was completely void and deserted, (hence the plain desert) but then this heavenly body emerges (hence the emission nebula) and now life has a chance to return again. but thanks a lot.

thanks a lot. i will do that.

well, thanks a lot, although i think im actually at my limit in terms of terragen. ever since terragen 2 came out, i've never had the time or patience to work with it (i spent 15 minutes just trying to figure out how to move the camera around--and i still dont understand it). your terragen stuff looks pretty good though.
:iconcaptoamazo:
lol yeah terragen 2 takes some getting used to, i just want the full version so i can take advantage of the other stuff. only thing i dont get is how to use the strata andoutcrops...

but if you need any help with stuff other than that, feel free to ask
